Summary:
Sweet aroma & chocolaty flavor, somewhat floral, slightly fruity with a hint of citrus. Bright, heavy bodied, well-rounded. Colombian “Mesa de los Santos” comes from the Bucaramanga region of Colombia in the town of Los Santos. This 130 year old family owned farm is owned by Oswaldo Acevedo and the farmers here use traditional processes of cultivation including growing organically (certified in 1998), Rainforest Alliance Certified and Bird Friendly. “Mesa de los Santos” is a heavy bodied, medium-to-high acidity coffee. Widely regarded as the best of the Colombian coffees, it has a sweet aroma and a slightly citrus flavor. Delicious and environmentally friendly!
