Summary:
Grown in the mountains of Northern Guatemala, approximately 6000 feet above sea level, in coffee growing conditions only made possible by the warm winds which travel from Mexico's Tehuantepec plain. It is medium-bodied with bright acidity and both spicy and sweet honey flavor notes. Our Guatemalan is organic as well. The term "hard bean" used with Central American coffees, refers to high-altitude growing that produces a slower maturing fruit, and therefore a more flavorful cup of coffee!
