Mexican HG Chiapas is grown in Mexico's Sierra Madre Chiapas mountain region, between 3280 and 5250 feet above sea level. The HG stands for High Grown (Altura in Spanish), and it is both Fair Trade and Organic-- grown in soil never treated with pesticides or chemicals. It has a light body, bright acidity, and a rich flavorful finish. A great breakfast coffee with a sweet aroma!
