Shamballa Cafe & Coffee Roasters opened in September of 2006 in Baldwinsville, NY. They've quickly become the town's popular caffeine/relax spot. It might have something to do with the huge roaster they have positioned out in the open right as you walk in, or maybe it's because they know how to use it.
The owners have been personally trained by Steven Dietrich at their Manufacturing facility in Ohio. Shamballa Cafe & Coffee Roasters recently won the People's Choice Award for Specialty Coffee in Baldwinsville's Taste of Baldwinsville event.
